For the purpose of preventing labor law disputes, we provide legal counseling service for complying with labor and social security regulations, personnel management and development of personnel regulations in the workplace, drafting personal employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements, adjustment of obligations of competition, and implementing measures regarding occupational safety in the workplace.

We aid our clients in developing long-lasting relationships with their employees while minimizing legal disputes. We also keep our clients in compliance with the rules and protocols of the Regional Directorates of Labor. Moreover, when necessary, we represent our employee or employer clients before courts for any dispute regarding Labor Law.
